Request Account Deletion

At tiviTea, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your data. If you wish to delete your tiviTea account and associated data, you can do so through the methods below:

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

1. Open the tiviTea app.
2. Go to  Settings > Account > Delete Account > 
3. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Via Email Request

If you prefer, you can request account deletion by sending an email to  admin@tivitea.africa from the email address linked to your account. Please use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Confirm your identity.
• Delete your account and associated data within 7 business days
• Send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.
